Listen and Be Heard Open Mic - a weekly open mic series originated by Martha Cinader in New York City at the Univeresity of the Streets and the Nuyorican Poets Cafe, transplanted to Vallejo CA. Martha began every open mic with a half hour set of poetry accompanied by live music. 1993-2008
